[Someone should really tell this noob to stop sitting on his 'gear.]

[Because it keeps happening.]

ACTION FOR GOLDENROD CITY ROCKET BASE:
[There's a young man in a really short shirt wandering around. The city itself is a bit overwhelming, so he's taken to snooping obnoxiously around the base, because why shouldn't he be allowed everywhere? Bedrooms, labs, common rooms...]

[But why are there two of him? That's right, you might be running into his Zorua.]

[Lion has a little sister. A rude and stubborn one (even if quite lovable). Can totally handle this.]

I'd recommend to keep it away from your pokémon too. Some of them like turning their gears on.

Pokémon are a bit like children, so please try to have some patience with them, and keep your gear on sight whenever they are out of their pokéballs.

And they didn't sign up for any of that either.

Your pokémon team will help you get trough everything here, so think of them as partners.

You should do both.

Like I said, they are "a bit" like children. It means you should take time to teach them which things are off limits.
They will learn with time, and you have to have some patience with them, but you'll learn that they do not mean badly, they are just getting used to the world around them.

If you are patient, your pokémon will grow along with you and help you in your way while you are in this place, so I believe that should also qualify them as "partners", shouldn't it?

But you've been taught things, right?

[Video] This tag is hilarious when you take Luke's teacher into account xDDD

Then it isn't that difficult. Just remember how you wanted to be treated by your teachers, and how your teachers taught you, and you'll be able to teach others.

It's not easy to learn how to show kindness when needed, and discipline when it is necessary, but anyone can do it... It takes patience, but you always have to remember that your teachers also had to have patience when teaching you.

It's all about wanting to learn and to share what you know.

[Video] You know this is the best ever.

If you felt comfortable when that person taught you things, then it's probably a good example on how to teach.

[Also, blow up Johto, Luke.]

[So do I, why did you cut your hair Luke it was so pretty D:]

Being like him wouldn't be the solution either... It's fine if you are like you are.

It's all about remembering the things he did that were good, and following on his example. You mentioned that you preferred him the most because he didn't treat you as if you were dumb, right? Then never treat those you are teaching as if they were less intelligent than you.

Teaching others is also a way to learn, you'll find that out soon enough if you do your best.

[That's how Lion rolls, deal with it.]

That's... Quite normal for that species. Raising it takes dedication, but there will be rewards eventually.

What most do is send it out to battle for a little, and then send a different pokémon to finish the work. In that way both pokémon will get experience from the battle.

[Sigh xD]

And isn't it unfair to treat someone, be it person or pokémon, badly just because they need more attention than others?

Pokémon have feelings, just like we do.

[Someday, someday...]

Just remember that showing kindness is really important... Even if a pokémon may not be powerful now, they can be truly strong in different ways.

I just want to return to this world the kindness that I received when I arrived.

It is but the right thing to do.
